Built for oilfield service crews

Field tickets to invoices. And dispatch that never drops a call-out.

Forged Ticketing puts the field ticket on your crew's phone and turns it into an invoice the office can approve, issue and export. Forged Dispatch, now in development, adds a fair on-call rotation that texts, notifies and calls until someone answers.

TForged Ticketing

The field ticket, finished in the field.

Crews build tickets on their phones: line items, photos and a signature, saved even when the signal drops. The office reviews, returns or approves, and turns approved tickets into invoices with PDFs, payments and accounting exports.

Every company's data is fenced in at the database, not just hidden on the screen.

◇ Our safeguards

Your crews. Your rules.
Your final say.

The system suggests and explains. People decide, especially at the start. These five promises shape how it works.

  1. 01⚖Every pick is explained

Each assignment shows the line order, drive times, who was skipped and why.

  2. 02✋A person approves first

Dispatchers approve assignments until your company chooses to automate routine jobs.

  3. 03☎No call-out dropped silently

Unanswered offers escalate, and every text, alert and call is logged with its delivery status.

  4. 04⛑Safety declines cost nothing

Out of hours, fatigue or a safety concern never costs a worker their place in line.

  5. 05🔒Your data stays yours

Each company is fenced in at the database, with sign-in checks on every page.

FAQ

Questions crews and owners ask

Still have a question? We read every message. Contact us
Can I use Forged Ticketing today?

You can create an account and try it in our test environment. Live card payments aren't switched on yet, and we'll say so plainly when that changes.

When will Dispatch be available?

It's in development. We're setting the rotation and escalation rules with pilot customers first, and we won't promise a date until the pilot passes.

Do my workers need to install an app?

No. Ticketing runs in the phone's browser. For Dispatch, texts and automatic calls are the guaranteed path, so it works on any phone.

Does it track my workers all the time?

No. The Dispatch plan only uses location while a worker is on call or on a job, with notice and consent recorded first.

Can my data be seen by other companies?

No. Each company is fenced in at the database level, and we test that one company can't reach another's records.

We use FieldWise. Can we switch or run both?

You can bring lists over with CSV import and export tickets as PDF and CSV. A FieldWise-specific import needs a sample export file from you.

What does it cost?

Pricing isn't final. Contact us and we'll walk through it with you.

From the first call to the paid invoice.
